A Matter of Life and Death

In the last three weeks I have attended two funerals. One for a baby who  lived 13 days, and the second for a sweet mother who fought a 15 year battle with cancer. I love the messages on their programs: “There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.” And “Death is not the end. It is putting out the candle because the dawn has come.” (Elder Hugh B. Brown)    In between we commemorated Easter. I love this picture I took of the tree with the bright pink blossoms in the cemetery. Just as the trees, shrubs, and perennials come alive with leaves and blossoms each spring, the Easter message is a joyous one for us all. I believe we all will live after death, and will enjoy being with our loved ones again.  Each day we have is a precious gift; cherish your days. Love to you all.
